Office365障害

Office365へのアクセス障害が2019年11月20日9時頃発生しましたが、20日13時頃に障害は解消したことがリリースされていますが、まだ問題が発生している人もいるようです。
原因は、ネットワーク更新パッチ適用時トラフィックが急増したためという記述があるが、分析結果に5日はかかるとのこと。

インシデント番号は、MO196220(←リンク先は管理者権限必要)です。

Title: Can't access Microsoft 365

User Impact: Users may have been unable to access Microsoft 365 services. More info: We've identified that users may have intermittently experienced this problem with the Microsoft 365 admin center, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Intune, Skype for Business, and Yammer. While Microsoft Intune was also affected by this issue, Intune admins were able to work around the impact by accessing portal.azure.com. This was not a confirmed method of alternative access for other affected Microsoft 365 services. Final status: We've confirmed that reverting the networking update was successful in restoring service functionality; though, we anticipate that some users may still see residual impact as the service progresses to full recovery. Scope of impact: Any users may have been intermittently affected by this problem.

Preliminary root cause: A recent networking update caused user traffic coming from the internet to fail intermittently before reaching Microsoft 365 services. Next steps: - We're working to isolate the content of the update that caused this issue. - We're working to identify more efficient means of mitigating service impact in the event that similar problems arise. We'll publish a post-incident report within five business days.
